Andrew Cox
Position: Creative Director & Founder
Andrew began his career in web design and development in the late 1990s. His eagerness to embrace the medium saw Andrew setting up Reactive Graphics in 2004. With over 18 years working as a London web designer supporting a wide range of clients, Andrew’s experience in web design, web development and graphic design have helped him to build a growing business. Providing a personal and friendly service is important to Andrew.
Benjamin Scales
Position: Head of Development
Ben’s keen eye for detail and his diligent approach to website development puts him in a great position to keep projects on track, and he has a fantastic record of delivering for clients. Ben has a love for all things tech and digital. His ambition to be an advanced programmer combined with his experience in creating and running his own ecommerce stores has meant that Ben can handle all the pressures the job brings.
Andrea Stastna
Position: Project Manager
Andrea has a proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project specifications are technically feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with our clients’ business goals. Her eye for detail, high energy levels and strong organisational skills make her an indispensable link between our clients and our design and development team.

Junior front end WordPress web developer, London
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Front End Developer with WordPress experience to join our growing team working part-time.
In this role, you will work closely with our small team and will report directly to our Head of Development and Director. You must be confident and willing to bring innovative ideas to the table.
This is a great opportunity for a student looking to get hands on experience working a growing digital agency, and to continue to become a crucial member of the team after graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilising a variety of markup languages to develop pixel perfect, responsive web pages.
- Ensuring web development is optimised for smartphones.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Optimising web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Create documentation outlining processes and/or offering advice on how to go about tackling certain issues for clients and other team members.
- Snagging and testing websites to ensure they adhere to our high standards.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience with custom post types and the Advanced Custom Fields plugin is beneficial.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

Mid-weight web designer, London
We are looking for a talented mid-weight web designer with a minimum of 2-3 years website UI & UX design experience. We would like to see evidence that someone has worked on many projects for a variety of clients whilst working within an agency or as a freelancer.
This is a chance to join a small and growing agency in Soho as lead designer reporting to the art director. You will be responsible for working on exciting new website designs; to create website wireframes, layout, UX etc.
You are self-motivated, efficient, and passionate about digital design. You have a strong attention to detail when designing websites and is confident in doing website content updates and basic HTML & CSS changes when required.
The candidate should have a good understanding of when to push his or her creativity to the maximum and when a simple, conservative layout is appropriate for clients with a smaller budget.
An online portfolio showing a wide range of website projects as well as an excellent understanding of WordPress is essential.
